Illinois Department of Corrections
Transgender female sexually assaults female prisoners
The Illinois Human Rights Act includes the term “sexual orientation” as a protected status, but not “gender identity.” However, the definition of sexual orientation includes transgender status. “‘Sexual orientation’ means actual or perceived heterosexuality, homosexuality, bisexuality, or gender-related identity, whether or not traditionally associated with the person's designated sex at birth.”
Transgender female Janiah Monroe was given the name Andre Patterson at birth. Patterson was sentenced to twelve years in prison for attempted murder in 2008. While in prison he strangled to death his cellmate. It was not stated in related articles when Patterson officially changed his name and identity to Janiah Monroe, but in 2019 Monroe sued the Illinois Department of Corrections for violating his/her civil rights for refusing to transfer him/her to a women’s prison. Up to that time it was department policy to house prisoners according to their gender at birth. Monroe claimed he/she had been assaulted in every Illinois men’s prison he/she had been incarcerated in. Monroe was granted his/her request and is now accused of sexually assaulting female prisoners in a women’s prison. According to WTTW in Illinois, the victim “said that after being sexually assaulted in June 2019, she was coerced by a supervisory officer into denying the attack took place and then punished for filing a “false” complaint under the Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA).” Janiah Monroe’s attorney is claiming the victim has targeted Monroe because of transphobia. School District of Rhinelander, Wisconsin
Gender neutral bathroom leads to criminal activity
The School District of Rhinelander in Rhinelander, Wisconsin includes the terms “sexual orientation,” “gender identity,” and “transgender status” in its school policy on bullying and harassment (Section 5517.01).
Apparently to accommodate gender confused students, school administrators decided to designate one of the high school’s bathrooms as “gender neutral.”
This raises the question of what is “gender-neutral?” Merriam-Webster Dictionary defines gender-neutral as “not referring to either sex but only to people in general.” Wikipedia states that gender-neutral is actually a movement to not distinguish roles base on sex or gender.
Instead of a single stall bathroom, it appears the bathroom designated gender-neutral was multiple person use. A troubled student took advantage of the multi-gender bathroom and exposed his genitals to others. The student who exposed himself was arrested and expelled, and the gender-neutral bathroom was closed. (Breitbart, 2020); (WSAW, 2020)

Madison Metropolitan School District
Transgender (male to female) teacher using same bathroom as grade school girls
The Madison Metropolitan School District of Wisconsin is one the most LGBTQ progressive school districts in the Mid-West. It includes the terms “sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression" in its Student Non-discrimination Board Policy , and It includes the terms “sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression” in the list of items it does not discriminate against in employment – Section 2.3.
In January 2020 a male teacher, Michael Busenbark, told his students that he is transitioning to a woman and began using a women’s bathroom that elementary girls also use. Not surprisingly, some parents are upset. (National File, 2020)
Many more parents would be more upset if they looked at their school districts policies regarding LGBTQ. They have an LGBTQ Policy that was created with the help of the largest LGBTQ political organizations in the United States. The School District's LGBTQ Policy states that students are to use the restrooms and changing areas that correspond to their gender identity. It also states that students are to participate in athletic teams that correspond to their gender identity.
The school’s website advertises National Coming Out Day on their LGBTQ and Support website page, and they use literature from the largest LGBTQ political organization to tell students confused with their sexual or gender identity that they were born that way, and any religious belief otherwise is misguided. Connecticut Interscholastic Athletic Conference
Biological males competing in girls track events
In the Connecticut Interscholastic Athletic Conference (CIAC) two biological males have dominated the high school girls sprinting events of track and field. The CIAC has stated that they are following the state’s anti-discrimination law which requires students to be treated by the gender they identify with. In 1991 the state of Connecticut added “sexual orientation” as a protected class, and in 2011 it added “gender identity or expression” as a protected class. In 2019 three female athletes (Selina Soule, Chelsea Mitchell, and Alanna Smith) filed a federal lawsuit against the CIAC with the goal of blocking transgender students from participating in girls’ sports in the state of Connecticut. They are being represented by the Alliance Defending Freedom. (Hartford Courant, 2019)

University of Oxford
Professor threatened by LGBT Transgender activists
Like most major universities, the University of Oxford actively supports LGBTQ activists and causes. The University website states that it has an active LGBT+ Staff Network providing social and work-related opportunities. It also states that the University participates and uses an LGBT+ program to help plan its future. In addition, it has a transgender policy which states the University aims to create a trans-friendly culture free from discrimination.
In this university’s LGBT+ friendly culture a female professor by the name of Selina Todd was given security protection after alleged threats from transgender activists. According to BBC News, “Prof Todd said the threats come from some campaigners who believe her views on the need to protect women's spaces, such as single-sex refuges, from people who self-identify as women but are anatomically male are unacceptable.” She was threatened for supporting same-sex privacy in bathrooms and locker rooms, and she argued her position as a traditional feminist. United Kingdom prison system
Transgender female sexually assaults women inmates
The United Kingdom instituted LGBT anti-discrimination protections nationwide in its 2010 Equality Act. Both “sexual orientation” and “transgender” are protected characteristics, as well as “religion.” Under this Act a prisoner must be placed in a jail in accordance with their legally recognized gender. When a person claims to be transgender, but is not legally recognized as the opposite sex, a local Transgender Board evaluates the prisoner and determines if they go to a men’s or women’s jail.
Karen White was given the birth name of David Thompson. Thompson was charged with multiple rapes and indecent acts with a 12-year-old boy. After being charged for these crimes he declared that he was a transgender female, changing his name, wearing wigs and women’s clothes. Within days of being incarcerated in a women’s prison Karen White sexually assaulted four women inmates. White pleaded guilty to these new charges and was sentenced to life in prison.
